Job Purpose:

The Information Security role will be part of China Information Security team, directly report to China Information Security Officer. This position will focus on GRC (Governance,Risk, Compliance), provide timely and qualified information security service to support China business growth and ensure compliance with information security policy,applicable local laws, and regulations. This position will work closely with cross-function teams for various security related projects and operation (e.g., IT security operations,

application security, Pentest, Vulnerability management, incident investigation, vendor management)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support, creation and embedding of information security policies, adaptions and standards.
Perform risk assessment activities such as system architecture security assessment, Classified Protection of Cyber Security (CPCS) assessment, Cross Border Data Transfer(CBDT), Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and Data Security Law (DSL) etc.
Lead the CPCS certification, CBDT assessment, APP security and other compliance matters as well as handling operational issue.
Integrate Security by Design in IT systems development lifecycle.
Lead and perform technology platform vulnerability scanning and Pentest activities.
Prepare assessment report results reflecting vulnerability, compliance, and data risks identified.
Lead and manage security related project implementation.
Support/localize information security awareness, training, and education activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in information security role.
Knowledge of ISO27001, CSL, CPCS, CBDT and NIST cybersecurity frameworks.
Experience working in a large global organization with practical experience in a highly regulated environment, healthcare industry is preferred.
Preferred certificates: CISSP/CISA/PMP.
Good communication and English skills.
Self-motivation and logical thinking.
