AB PLC 1715系列IO 机架故障排除经验总结

Compressor control system network is a Ring network composed of a pair of redundant controllers, 2 IO racks and other devices. 

压缩机控制系统是由一对冗余控制器、两个IO机架以及其他设备构成的环形控制网络。

The communication link from the CPU to IO Rack is redundant. 

控制器与IO机架之间的通讯是冗余的。

Rack-2 all the modules show abnormal status. 

2号机架所有模块状态异常。 

Re-power the Rack-2, modules could not resume work. 

重新上电状态不能恢复。 

Ping Rack-2 IP Address (192.168.7.72) failed.

 2号机架IP地址（192.168.7.72）Ping 不通。 

RSlinx also could not recognize. 

使用RSlinx 同样识别不到该机架。 

Remove the first “AENTR” module to check the MAC address of the Rack-2. 

拆除机架最左侧第一块“AENTR”模块，查看机架MAC 地址。 

Laptop connects to network switch, and set the IP address in range of the control network. 

笔记本电脑链接至网络交换机，设置同网段IP地址。

Open the “BootP DHCP EtherNet/IP Commissioning Tool” software; the scan job will carry out automatically. 

打开“BootP DHCP EtherNet/IP Commissioning Tool”软件，自动搜索。 

Double-click the device (MAC address matching the Hardware label) to set an IP address.

 双击设备（与硬件标签相匹配的MAC地址）设定IP地址。 

Select the device from the menu below and hit the “Disable BOOTP/DHCP” button. 

在下方列表选中设定好IP地址的设备，然后点击“Disable BOOTP/DHCP”。 

Note注意:

This step is very important, after pressed, the message must be showed as“[Disable BOOTP] Command successful”

这一步非常重要，点击之后，一定要在下方信息栏看到“[Disable BOOTP] Command successful”命令发送成功的信息提示 

Otherwise, the IP address configuration will be lost in any powered down.

否则设备会在断电后丢失之前设定的IP地址。 

Sometimes, the message not come or receive a fault message, should try more times or change to use the other way to “Disable BOOTP/DHCP” as below:

有时，点击后会出现没有信息提示或者返回报错信息，这个时候就要多试几次，或者使用其他方式发送“Disable BOOTP/DHCP”命令，如下：

●  Select the device → Menu Bar → Tools →“Disable BOOTP/DHCP”

选择设备 → 菜单栏 → Tools →“Disable BOOTP/DHCP” 

●Select the device → right click → “Disable BOOTP/DHCP”

选择设备 → 右键 →“Disable BOOTP/DHCP” 

Rack-2 status is back to normal. 

机架、模块状态恢复正常。
